Upgrade with room to grow

Sooooo...oooooooooooo much better than before for raffles. Huge upgrade over having to enter all info every time you entered. That being said, the rest of the app is ok. Actual sales items are kind of here and there, product details/pics are tough to navigate and really get a feel for. But.. just the improvement in the raffle system makes this a full win. Now fine time some other aspects and this is a 5star engine.

Stay far away!

Honestly, if you get burned by this app, you deserve it. Check all recent reviews. Nearly every single one is one star. Complaints range from load times to fake raffles and everything between.

This app is utter garbage. Why does it take more than 30sec JUST TO LOAD?! Doesn’t send notifications even when they’re enabled in the app settings & iPhone settings. Raffles for anything hyped are 100% rigged. You won’t win. I’ve won 1 raffle in 2yrs for some non-hyped shoes which took over a month to be delivered—in a beat-up box. Reached out to customer service thru the app & on Twitter more than a dozen times. Did not hear a single thing back from them—NOTHING. The team is either way in over their head, completely incompetent, or a bunch of scammers. They have extremely low inventory (if any, to be honest—more on that below) of lousy, overpriced merch. I suspect they’re actually just flippers who are dropshipping & that releases & raffles are just them selling whatever they’re able to cop w/ bots from legit sites/drops. This is why I suspect it took over a month to get my shoes—they likely sold more than they were able to cop w/ bots during the drop & had to procure them elsewhere. This also explains the numerous complaints of them canceling paid orders—like if they sold 500 pairs, but were only able to cop 400. This is purely speculation, but it would explain why SNS operates like a third-rate, bottom-of-the-barrel “retailer”.

Three or four updates later

They have made the load times quicker on the app. But I guess not too many are having the same issue I have been having for the last couple of updates. Everytime I try to go to my vault to see what I have won it always gets an error. New error message with this latest update 5/27 “Sorry! Something went wrong.” I’ve given up hope on this app ever working properly. Update: 6/15 now I’m stuck in an endless retry loop when I try to check my sign ups or vault. No option to quit retrying and just go back. Also randomly signs you out for no reason.

UPDATE!

The app finally works when you check your vault. The endless loop of death has been fixed. Had to change my rating to 5 stars. Never updating my app ever again.
